Faith has been in the field of dentistry for 29 years with experience as a dental assistant and a front office practice administrator. Her cross training and previous experience in Dental Assisting helps her interact with patients and allows her to be flexible through the NFD team when needed. Outside of the office she enjoys walking, music, crafting and caring for all living creatures.
Chelsea (she/her)
Chelsea entered the dental field in 2015 as a dental assistant and joined our team in 2018. With a steady hand and a friendly smile, she assists Dr. Neal chairside to ensure each patient feels comfortable, informed, and well cared for. Chelsea thrives on the variety of daily dental procedures and takes pride in helping patients leave with a healthier, happier smile. Outside the office, she enjoys gardening, making pottery, and spending time with her pup and fiancé
Tracy (she/her)
Tracy joined the Neal Family Dentistry team in 2021. She is a seasoned registered dental hygienist whose calm, kind demeanor puts patients of all ages at ease—especially our youngest patients. With years of experience and a gentle touch, she’s passionate about creating positive dental visits that build lifelong healthy habits. When she’s not in the office, Tracy enjoys spending quality time with her family, often outdoors or gathered around the dinner table.

Mackenzie (she/her)
Mackenzie started her dental assisting career at Neal Family Dentistry in winter of 2023. With a background as both an orthodontic assistant and phlebotomist, Mackenzie brings a steady hand, a warm presence, and a deep understanding of patient care to her role as a dental assistant. Her experiences help her support the NFD team and our patient community with skill and compassion.
Alondra (she/her)
Alondra is the newest member of the Neal Family Dentistry team, bringing fresh energy and a strong commitment to patient care. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, she combines clinical excellence with a calm, reassuring presence that helps patients feel at ease. Alondra is brings additional skills in [and commitment to] upholding health and safety protocols. Her attention to detail and passion for prevention make her a trusted partner in every patient’s oral health journey.
Makena (she/they)
Makena joined the administrative team in spring of 2020, though she has been doing relevant work to her role since 2011. In addition to digital communications, Makena contributes to process and project management and is happy to share her expertise in workplace learning. Makena enjoys outdoor activities with kiddos and pups, along with photography, embroidery, audiobooks, and baking.
