Chelsea Thurston
Chelsea entered the dental field in 2015 as a dental assistant, and joined the team in 2018. She assists Dr. Neal chairside ensuring the best patient experience possible. She loves the variety of daily dental procedures, and making patients smile. In Chelsea’s spare time, she enjoys gardening, making pottery, and spending time with her pup and fiancé.
Valerie Gilbert
Valerie has been practicing dental hygiene for 32 years. She has been a part of this office for the past 28 years. She enjoys her job. Her goal everyday is to provide friendly personalized care to every patient. Outside of the office, she enjoys camping, kayaking, hiking and biking with friends and family.
Makena Neal
Makena joined the administrative team in spring of 2020, though she has been doing relevant work to her role since 2011. In addition to digital communications, Makena contributes to process and project management and is happy to share her expertise in workplace learning. Like her partner, Curtis, Makena enjoys outdoor activities with kiddo and pups, along with photography, embroidery, and baking.
Faith Haley-Caro
Faith has been a part of the team since 1994 and serves as our business assistant. Her cross training in Dental Assisting allows her to be flexible in helping others when needed. Outside of the office she enjoys walking, music, crafting and caring for all living creatures.
Tracy Zinsmaster
Tracy joined the Neal Family Dentistry team as a hygienist in winter of 2021.

Mackenzie started her dental assisting career at Neal Family Dentistry in winter of 2023.
